You weren't taking a break year long break though when he first logged onto your account multiple times, he logged in on your account between the 18th and 27th of January 2016 and then you logged in again in early February 2016. It doesn't make any sense to us for a a hacker to casually log into your accounts 10 times spread over a year's worth of time and for you not to notice once. Additionally I'd like to mention that between his first log ins on your account and his last log ins on your account, you have set up a PIN security code for your account. This makes me wonder, how would someone you don't know happen to get your new PIN security code if you didn't share it with him?

After further inspection it appears the hacker from Israel was the one to set your PIN, which would explain how he had access to your account after July 2016. I've detached both of your accounts from the hackers' and changed your PIN to the one you've provided me with in private chat. You should be able to log in again.
