Closed Banned IP, please help

Last thing you did: Grinding ToT
Why do you think you got banned?: Nothing. probably IP.
Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection.
What GM banned you (optional):

I'm quite certain that it has to do with IP ban, as I didn't do anything wrong.
When I reset the router the IP stays the same, what can I do?

You don't appear to be banned. Could you please restart your router and get a different IP address?

Unfortunately the IP address stays the same even after restart.. Any other suggestions?
