Ban Appeal

This is not a regular ban appeal because I am not asking to get my old character BigDicc back.
I understand that I made a mistake by abusing the voting system and I take full responsibility for it.
I am writing to ask if I can start fresh with a new character.
It has been a long time since the incident and I truly regret my actions.
I want to clarify that throughout my time playing, I never committed any other rule violations.
I respect your efforts to keep the game fair and I fully support that.
All I ask is for a second chance. If I ever break the rules again, I accept being permanently banned from the game.
