It's a very old char, but i couldnt log in when i quited for a few years (I rmb having incorrect pw msg, so assuming it got hacked), so i just make a new char, wanted to start anew anyway. Then just cont playing till now.

Can i have some info? What's the story? To be honest it's the first time i am seeing that ban appeal. From what i read, Tim say that acc was sold without my knowledge? I rmb Xabiere, its an old friend from Maplesea, but that was like decade ago, and didnt keep in contact with him for ages.
I tried recalling, so i wanted to clarify something, i have a feel that i tried using vaynenl but was taken. Too long ago, so i dont remember. But i do remember my NL when i quited shld be above 158 (Sorry really too long ago). If the character linked to that old ban appeal is a completely different level, it is highly likely that it wasn't actually me, or that someone else was using the name. I have a habit of using similar ID and PW for all my games, so that might be the reason why i'm having incorrect pw msg... But if you wanna ask involvement, I am certain i am not involved in any way. I wasnt playing that period. And if possible, can you be clear on what's the situation, what you are asking and what am i banned on? I am really confused...
VayneNL was yours and it was permanently banned for suspicious activity (suspected RWT). That ban applied to you as a person, and continuing to play without appealing is considered ban evasion. We discovered it today during routine checks, and hence the reason you have found yourself banned. Unless we can determine you were somehow not involved, you will remain banned. It is not looking good for you though, as we know for a fact that it was your account. Additionally, there is no evidence it was hacked (but we can't rule out that you sold it). Additionally, we have the issue that you knowingly abandoned your old forum account and created the one you use now. It doesn't take a top detective to realize that this was likely to try and get away from the banned accounts.
Seriously, i have no idea how to proof it to you... I dont even know how come i am related to that. Regarding the New Forum Account: I did not "knowingly abandon" my old forum account to hide. I simply forgot the username and password after years of being away. Because my old forum account didn't have anything important, it was much faster and easier to just click "Register" and make a new one. It was a careless mistake born out of convenience, not an attempt to evade detection. If I were trying to maliciously hide, I would not have used similar or even same ID/PW. From my view, I came back, forgot my forum id and pw, so i just make new because there's nthg important linked to it... Just that simple. But all these happened, which make things look suspicious, i dont disagree from your view, but please try to understand mine too. It's a very common human thing... As for account or item selling: I can say is i am 100% certain i wouldnt do it, I know for sure i might play back anytime. Even on my shad when i semi-quit for a period i would just keep my stuff. I mean, how much are these thing going to worth...? It took me years to earn and I know it's the only leisure game i have, so i play back any time. If there's any info that can help proving, I am happy to coorperate and provide them. Is there anything I can provide to help determine my innocence. And Idk how you judged it's hacked or not, but as i mentioned, i have a habit of using same PW for all my gaming accounts...It might be leaked from here.

Seriously, it’s been too long that i dont remember all the detail. I know it’s the ign, that’s pretty much what i used all the game. But based on what you sent me, the latest selling thread, RC was sold. Can you check the record? Since what you are suspecting me now is RWT on the RC. Based on email record, i did receive a reset pw email on may 2018, but i assume it’s because i decided to start anew so just everything fresh. Too long ago i really dont remember what i thought of that time. But i can be sure i have never rwt. and i manage to get a reply from xabiere, can you send me a Pm so i can send you the SS of his reply…? Based on what he said, he just make up story to get away from his ban.
Please link to the specific post that specifies that the RC was sold. I was not able to find evidence of that. This was investigated back when it happened 8 years ago, and so far you have not provided a compelling or convincing story that would justify Tim doing any further investigation in your case. What did you change the password of? The forum account? Or a game account? You have at least 50 posts on the forum, and so can start a DM yourself.
The selling thread link is it. I dont have the image or post on exact trade. Old laptop stuff all long gone… but at least that provide a general time.
Please screenshot the bit that shows where you actually sold the RC then. I have looked at the thread, and it would seem to me that the RC did not sell, as it was still listed for sale, and there is no evidence in the sale list, or elsewhere in the thread that it was sold. Somebody asked at the end if you had sold the RC, and you never responded to them. We also find your story with regards to the hacking difficult to follow. Are you saying that your friend hacked your game accounts and then your forum account as well so that they could DM Tim from it...?
I dont have screenshot of the sales. But based on the last updated dec 2017, it should be around that time. It’s been to long, i really dont remember… And xabiere was banned for RC rwt on nov 2017, the sale post was last updated on dec 2017.. the timeline doesnt match if i am suspected in rwt-ing with him. I dont know if he hacked my game account, but i suspect yes on forum account. The message sent to tim really doesnt makes sense… Was inactive since dec 2017, then may 2018 suddenly sent a suicide msg and purely support xabier (right after his second appeal). so i am hoping tim can do some checking on the trade between last logged in (in 2017 dec range) and the forum log in too.
