So I guess this is my obligatory introduction thread. I wasnt sure if I was ever going to do one, but I decided too after seeing some other players late introductions. 6 months in and im still kind of unknown in the community. But here's hoping to give a little inside info to whom I am. Anyways introduction time. My names Jason, and I'm 29. I'm an IT specialist working for a company located in the capital region of New York and provide Phone and onsite Tech Support to around 350 different locations. I deal with a plethora of issues in a given day, but we basically wave our mice around and restart computers all day long. Its pretty meh for a job, but the pays alright. I've played a lot of video games in my lifetime, but Maplestory has been the one thats stuck with me the most. It just has this weird appeal to my tastes in what a game should be. I've been playing Maplestory since shortly after its official Release in 2005. I joined sometime in August or September of that year. And was as hardcore as you could get. When I first joined, i had a real struggle sticking to any one character. Constantly deleting and remaking characters. But over the course of time, I fell in love with a Bowmaster. It was my first class I fully understood the ins and outs of. I mained it for several years before quitting sometime in 2009. Ive made many returns to maple over the years, each time feeling less and less connection to the game as it changed drastically. Until i was done with it for good. I had figured i had moved on from the game. It just so happened to be a complete coincidence that I even found out about Royals to begin with. But it reignited that passion to play the game. I didnt think I'd stick around for as long as I have, but as each day passes I feel more and more at home. I've enjoyed my return to the pinnacle of Maplestory's time and hope to stick around for the foreseeable future. Appreciate the read, and hope to see you in game!
