Hello all, Noobie Lvl 87 crusader here trying to do the deputy star quest. I never seem to see SMEGAs selling this service..do people usually help lower levels get the drops? Are the drops so rare that it's not worth it? If anyone's offering this service, what's the price? Is it priced per BF or per toe? TIA
I can understand it being much less frequent these days but: The drops are not rare, though it may take a couple of kills. I'd imagine the toe is 20m max (at least when I killed bfs this is what I sold it for.) Anywhere from 10-20m. The price is for the toe; you pay to loot the toe, not for the kill. Usually people hunting bfs will smega if there's a toe dropped that they don't need, though this is not worth the hassle for most players. I did it as a way to offset the cost of bombing bf with my chief bandit at the time. If you look around (smega, join a guild) then you may find someone willing to have you tag along to loot a toe/head. Maybe someone might step up on this thread. It's worth noting that you can pitch in by looking for the headless horseman/bigfoot spawn yourself, so it's not entirely a charity thing. With the amount of channels and maps available, you really don't have to search far and wide for a spawn.
When i was hunting for toe, I’d find the BF then smega asking for help. Someone was always willing to come. If you need help with HH, i gotchu.
