Here's MHO, we cant pleased everyone, try asking the Org if you will just be there for Hsing/Heal Sed/Dispelling or you're gonna be in main PT w/o leaving after hsing them.. There are no wrong in both.. Its up to an individual if he/she are agreeable to the Org Terms for the Run.. Its an open discussion, dont start a Flame thread pls.. Royals aint no Toxic community, trust me been here too long to know this.. There maybe some bad eggs but most are actually Nice, if u really got to know them.. Im sure there are some who do/dont mind u getting exp in boss run.. "You may be the Richest or have the Godliest Eqs/Items in Royals, but without Friends, Your Nothing" a qoute i've always live by in Royals.. Cheers Buddy
For me, if the Bishop no longer requires EXP (i.e. it's a mule), then obviously he shouldn't take EXP. But then again, you can't assume all Bishops are like that. So what's a very simple solution? Ask. It won't kill you to spend 3 seconds to ask him/her if he needs EXP. After all, the party will be gaining more EXP because of his HS. If you guys don't want him just because he wants EXP, then bring your own mule.
Wow, I never really thought this was a problem lol. My opinion is that the organizer should inform the bishop beforehand if they are getting the exp or not or as mentioned before, you can simply ask. Also, what is the point of bishop getting exp? when they get a full split and can get more exp selling leeches lol. I think most people just want the mesos from boss run more than the exp F6 Moreover, I really don't mind if bishop leech exp at HT nor Zak as long as they are doing their part (active healing/dispelling, hs, etc). This also depend on the lvls and if they need exp or not. Krex would be a different story. As mentioned above for bishop doing less or invest less mesos for boss runs, does that mean bishop should get less splits as well lol. Then, bishops will complain about that. Solution = communication with the organizer/party
