Open black screen and DC

    Why do you think you got banned?:

    After I log in, select CH and enter my character's code, a black screen appears and I get straight to DC.
    I don't have a VPN, I've tried reinstalling the game several times, turning off the firewall and antivirus, nothing helps, it's been like this for a few weeks.

    Ban message when attempting to log in: no
