    As the error occurred after the latest update, Im using a laptop with windows 7, ive tried everything in the properties but nothing chances...

    I've been experiencing the same black screen issue. Game works well for one character but doesn't work for the other character - every time I select the char and get into the game it turns black and doesn't respond.
