Why do you think you got banned?: trying to many pic codes
Ban message when attempting to log in: "this acount has been blocked for trying to many invalid pic....."

I am not sure this belongs here but I can't yet find where should I go. I requested from tim a pic reset but until he answers it could be nice if I could get access to my account so I won't need to open another one to play.

As I said, I had already done that, but until I get my pic codes from tim I would like to enter my account again. Is there anything else I can do? the account recovery post is about recovering lost info not unblocking accounts.
