Closed Blocked or deleted from connection

nope. i did not use VPN to connect, is there any solution for my case? my account is not banned, i cant login using my own laptop but can login using spare laptop. Using my own laptop, i get "you have been disconnected from the login server / blocked or deleted from the connection" using modem or own mobile data.

So, the problem should lies in my network problem but i does not know how to fix it... i already reinstall once without activating antivirus.

Is it possible that it is my IP have problems ? since i was able to login normally with another laptop using same modem or mobile data
