BM MP/HP Wash Questions; Starting New Character

    Hello friends,

    I decided to come back to the game after a three year hiatus and unfortunately determined I may or may not have not done any proper washing for my 104 ranger :)
    The plan is to make a new character and do a proper HP wash. I read the HP Washing For New Players Guide, however, I still have some lingering questions or I'm not fully grasping the concept.

    1) When leveling up after reaching your base INT (160 for archers), where should "AP" be put into?
    2) After reaching your base INT, should you use APR at EACH level-up to reset MP -> HP? (~158 times according to above guide)
    3) Can I leave my character with INT items equipped and be leeched without doing anything (besides job advancements) at any point in time?

    That guide is no longer relevant, in update 54 they buffed the HP you gain from job advancing and gave you some hp quest with 500 HP

    Also 9k hp isn't really enough anymore, you need like 10-10.5k to tank HT now and 12k to tank shaolin (a new boss that gives very good exp) and some other newer content

    I'll answer to my abilities, but will leave the heavy-lifting to the pros:

    1) When leveling up after reaching your base INT (160 for archers), where should "AP" be put into?
    A: [MP Washing] Fresh level up AP into MP, AP Reset (-MP and +Dex), [HP Washing] When you have enough enough excess MP, use an AP reset to -STR/DEX and +HP to "unlock" HP washing. The following AP reset is -MP and +HP until you can't -MP anymore when using an AP reset
    2) After reaching your base INT, should you use APR at EACH level-up to reset MP -> HP? (~158 times according to above guide)
    A: Continue MP washing (refer to the above answer) until you hit your desired. Look for Shiyui's calculator to do this.
    3) Can I leave my character with INT items equipped and be leeched without doing anything (besides job advancements) at any point in time?
    A: Yes, this is what most players who are leeching and HP washing do. Just make sure your desired base INT are already met. Look for leech seller who offers MW10 or MW20 for the additional INT boost.
