No, I wasn't here. That does not mean I am not aware of what happened while I wasn't here and can draw my own conclusions. Additionally, I know what the priorities of the server are NOW, and there is clearly no priority, based on player feedback, to even look into implementing BPQ right now.
Nobody was asking for BPQ pre-wipe until everyone was getting close to reaching endgame... Once more and more people begin to get close to endgame, I'm sure they'll want something to keep them busy. I'm not blaming the server of course, it's the unfortunate lack of endgame content in v62.
