Item Buff new Teamwork Quiver/Crossbow Quiver

Here's my shot at it:

• Royal Quiver for Crossbow (Atk. 15/Lv. 180/Qty. 6000)
• <Neo Tokyo Quiver> (Atk. 12/Lv. 150/Qty. 5000)
• Diamond Arrow for Crossbow (Atk. 10/Lv. 120/Qty. 4000)
• Blue Arrow for Crossbow (Atk. 10/Lv. 120/Qty. 5000)
• Teamwork Quiver for Crossbow (Atk. 10/Lv. 70/Qty. 3500)
  
• Steel Arrow for Crossbow (Atk. 6/Lv. 70/Qty. 3000)
• Bronze Arrow for Crossbow (Atk. 3/Lv. 30/Qty. 2000)
• Arrow for Crossbow (Atk. 1/Lv. 10/Qty. 2000)

Changes:

• Add a craftable Neo Tokyo quiver in between VL arrows and Teamwork Quiver for a better scale of progression.
• Bump VL arrows att up to make them justify their high cost.
  
• Teamwork quiver moves up to 10att to be a viable alternative to buying consumable arrow stacks.
• Keep all other arrows the same to preserve nostalgia in the early game (until the nostalgia factor wears off at later levels and we want convenience instead )

I admit this would kinda make the blue/diamond arrows redundant (but maybe that's ok since there's redundant throwing stars too). If we could maybe make those two into quivers we could then redistribute their attack values better. But that could be a bit trickier? Mobs currently drop those. They would either need to be removed from those mobs or have their drop rates greatly reduced. Also, the diamond arrow icon currently doesn't look at all like a quiver so that would need to be addressed too

 

Would it? Some people would probably be fine with just restocking in showa if it saves them having to find/buy sets of teamwork quivers, especially knowing they'll replace them later on with NT ones.

 

blue/diamond arrows would remain as the go-to choice for ironmen/people on a very low budget.

I also think your proposal is spot on. buffing VL quiver up to 15 att, a new craftable 12 att neo tokyo one, and buffing teamwork quiver up to 10 att sounds very reasonable.

Bumping for NT/12att, VL/15. The VL craft/price for 12 att is hard to justify

Or if no NT quiver (a toad drop etc needed for the NT quiver would be perfect, drks love se, se need hb), then raise the royal quiver base att +13-15
