Open Bugged Blue NX Anni Ribbon

    Problem: I believe the event BLUE NX ribbon is bugged.
    Details: I was trying to sell the ribbon and tried trading and dropping the ribbon but it keeps show unsuccessful and dont allow me to drop it... i believe it is bugged. however i can equip the ribbon on myself. Pls help thank you.

    Before this bug occur, were you trying to trade it to someone else with other items?

    No, was using mesos and it shows unsuccessful.

    Please confirm if this is the full name of your bugged event NX
    "13th Anniversary Ribbon (Blue)"

    Note:
    - this can happen to any NX (including APRs)
    - bugged NX can't be traded nor dropped
