Hey! I had pet HP and pet MP on my character named Elementalism. I couldn't drop them to other char nor could I trade them (got error "Trade unsuccesful"). I tried logging out and back in, changing channel etc but when I put them back in Cash Shop inventory they disappeared from there. The disappearance of those two items happened roughly Wed, Jul 22, 2026, 22:00. Is there a possibility of a refund? Kind regards, Matu
