Solved [Solution Given] Can’t open game

Hey tech helpers! I’m trying to return to royals but having some trouble.

I’ve downloaded the installer, and app. But whenever I click on the app it does nothing… on windows 11, all I see is the spinning circle on the cursor for a moment and nothing.

I’ve disabled all virus things and firewalls.

My suspicion right now is because I’m doing this on a personal hotspot maybe there’s an issue? I will try this in a few hours at home. If no update, problem still persists

please help
