Can I use a VPN?

I am currently connected through a wifi in my university but they somehow blocked the ability for users to play online no matter which game I try (can't even get to login screen), its only for web surfing.
I wanted to try a VPN, will I get banned?

 

You will not get banned for using a vpn. Do note that you should use a personal (static, you have to pay for those) vpn and not a public one. A public one van get your account caught up in someone else their ban.

That's right. No problem happens while you're gaming. the problems only arise when you lose ur account, you cound't recevie any official support from staffs. that's bad.
