IGN: DragonLight, DragonAxe Problem: Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account. Details: Hi, I don't know what I did wrong to receive a ban. I have been logging in less to the game in the past weeks since I am very busy at work, and focused more on using the free market to buy AP resets for DragonLight (voted properly once every day to your server to receive NX). After I insert the PIN for both my characters I receive "You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again later." I really like the game and don't understand the reasoning for the BAN, please help.
