Hi team, Issue: Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account. Character Name: blairsy Additional Information: I stopped playing for a while as I got a new Mac with the Apple M2 Pro chip, and I gave my old Mac (intel chip) to my parents. I am visiting my parents and want to play again, as I have access to my old Mac (with the Intel chip). However, when I select my character(s), my game automatically closes/crashes. Can you please help me with this issue? I appreciate your help.
