IGN: Javier Last thing you did: sit on free market Why do you think you got banned?: I don't think I got banned. I'm re-posting this in here, as I've been told by GM Intern Charlie. Ban message when attempting to log in: nothing. absolutely nothing pop-ups. Details: seems like my account got stuck/frozen, somehow. I open the game, enter my account details, press the 'log in' button, and this very button remains pressed. I can still move my pointer around, but the button remains pressed for several minutes. nothing else happens. I tried entering a false password to check if I get any other window pop-up, and it does. it shows the respective message of invalid password. I've re-installed, twice. (newest setup as of 19-07-17). antivirus' off, even with exclusion route. it keeps happening. as you may already know, I'm from Venezuela and the country's situation at the moment is quite delicate. it's been over 3 months we've had network issues all over the country due to sabotage and mere negligence, which difficults a lot of things. playing, downloads, or just navigate. but this doesn't seem to be affecting this case, since I was able to log in yesterday, just as I'm currently making this post online. the only thing I believe may be related is, last time I tried to log in last night, a window appeared saying that my account was already logged in. that's when I headed to sleep, expecting for that to be solved on it's own. any advice on this would be much appreciated.
good morning. I re-downloaded, and re-installed again. even on a different folder. antivirus and windows firewalls off + exclusion routes. still stuck on the login screen upon pressing the login button.
