Not replicable Cant accept event ring quest on my alt character

    As the title says, I have a lvl 170+ main I do the ring quest daily, with no issue.
    but on my lvl 40+ character I cant accept the quest at all. She doesn't have either quest to give, but she does give me the chair quest.
