I think you sent him the wrong link, looks like your link for teamviewer is the QS quick support version for mobile devices or something. I can try to help you through teamviewer as well. Edit: @angry123 since my suggestion did not work, it would be best if you undid the changes I asked you to make, just to prevent future problems.
