Can't Enter The Game

    If you'd like, we can do remote assistance using Team Viewer, which is a program that allows me manually view your computer and see what issue(s) may be causing this problem. If you'd like this, then please see below:

    I think you sent him the wrong link, looks like your link for teamviewer is the QS quick support version for mobile devices or something.

    I can try to help you through teamviewer as well.

    Edit:

    @angry123 since my suggestion did not work, it would be best if you undid the changes I asked you to make, just to prevent future problems.

    But the partner and me have to be both online, so I'd better set time with one of you

    Why does the client stop launching every once in a while when I wanna get on the server...........

    Stop launching is not very descriptive of the problem.
