    TLS Handshake - Verified ISP that are blocking Royals (cdn.royals.ms)

    US - Spectrum, would have to turn off the Security Shield
    *best to request them to make an exception for Royals

    Canada - Rogers, check the internet app to make an exception, or disable the Advanced Security
    *probably need to contact them as the exception can only last for awhile

    Singapore - Singtel, contact them about the broadband protect addon

    Note: this list would be updated over time
