Open can't log in control panel

    I forgot my PIC and want to rest set it. but after I rest first one. rdy to do next it show me this 69.png
    whatever I change wifi or mobile data. change computer and phones or other device. all show me this
    it's anything wrong or just a mechanism to block log in different account

    For the error accessing control panel, please try:
    - using incognito/private browsing
    - other browsers
    - other networks (example mobile data on mobile browsers)

    I already try 4 browsers (chrome/firefox/edge/brave) and incognito mode.change 3 networks,3 mobile data,even change system W7/W10/W11 but still not working.
