i was probably assigned banned ip because when i use vpn it lets me log in.. so here is the problem im facing my internet provider has been disconnected due to payment disagreements hence im using a hot spot from my phone problem is i dont know if and how to change the ip assigned via the phone i can log in with vpn question is whether or not im allowed to
