Hello, I've been trying to login to the game, I put my username and password, I pick a character enter my pic and then the game just crashes and sends me back to the login screen, It says "Unable to connect to the game server" ,"Try again later". It happens everytime, I can't play, I ReDownloaded the game at least 3 times and it still doesn't work. Thank you in advance..
It sounds like you could be experiencing a MAC ban, mind pming me your MAC address so I can check it?

If your mobile data is not HOT, you probably can login with it Hope they can assist you with this issue
Yeah it might be ISP, no issues popped up with his MAC address. Unfortunately, you’ll have to try mobile data, or purchasing a paid VPN
