Hello Royal MS Staff! Character Name: Havent been able to create on yet cause i cant login Last thing you did: In the game? Nothing exept trying to login Why do you think you got banned?: I have no clue? Ban message when attempting to log in: Nothing, the login button becomes gray and just sits there I have been trying to log in to your private server today and yesterday by clicking on the loggin button and it becomes gray, i waited for like 15mins and saw no progress so i restarted the client and relogged in but without any positive results. I checked the forums for other people who might have the same problem and i found out that it may be because they were banned. This was really odd for me ( because bear in mind that i have never played on your server, this is actually my first privateserver) Is it really because im banned for some weird reason or might it be another reason why i cant loggin? your IP address is banned from more than 6 months ago. at some point someone did something to deserve a ban on your internet connection, any ideas who and why?
Thank you for writing back, I had a group of friends with their computers over for the weekend to play to together around like 6-7ish months ago, i had no memory if anyone were playing maplestory durning that time but may that be it?
perhaps you could check in with your friends on what they were doing at your IP or computer during that time
Its sad to hear that i wont recieve help so i can play on your server even if it wasnt me who did the shady things on it. Isnt there any way to make you change your mind and remove the ban?
