Hello, I'm unable to login to the Control Panel. I can login to the forum fine. I have changed my password but no dice with logging into the Control Panel. If it helps, it's been a few years since I logged in. Not sure if there's something I need to do before I'm able to access the Control Panel. Thanks!
Are you able to log into the game with the same credentials? What error message are you receiving when trying to log into the Control Panel? Your forum account and in-game account are separate entities.
It says "You've entered an unknown username and password combination". I will try to log into the game when I'm back at home. Had an itch to play while at work haha, checked out the main page on my phone and saw a new Control Panel button in place of the old login form, and made this thread after failing to login. I'll get back to you with that info in a couple hours when I can try.
As an update, I am unable to login to the client as well. Found this thread ( https://royals.ms/forum/threads/lost-email-or-username.154999/ ) where Dave Deviluke said to make a thread in the Admin Support forum for this sort of issue, I have submitted a thread there.
Yeah that sounds like your best option at the moment. Unfortunately only Admins have access to that section, so it may take some time for your account recovery to be processed. Please be patient and I hope you can join us soon
