Cash Shop Item Can't Be Purchased

    Hi, I just bought RP to change my outfit, and when I tried buying the Daisy Vacation Panama Hat, it kept giving me an error and the "buy" and "reserve" options are greyed out. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks :)

    If there is a blue M or pink F icon at the bottom right of the icon, this means the purchase is restricted to specific genders. In this case there is a blue M and your character is presumably female. So you cannot purchase the item from this character.

    create a male chara on the same account and buy it there, then transfer it through storage

    can it be worn on the female character though? and can all gendered cash items be bypassed this way?

    but also, gendered cash items? in this day and age? it's pride month y'all c'mon now

    An official stance would be nice though since I lost my RP hair in 2017 when New Source changed it to a female only hairstyle
    they shaved my head and refunded me RP :chillin:

    as long as your chara can wear it in the cs, u can buy it on a male chara and transfer. i have the daisy Panama hat on a female chara, as well as one of those male overalls (adam or something) on a female chara
