Moderate Cassandra Jigsaw puzzle quest bugged

Prior to when the Cassandra quest was bugged and could not be completed, I tried to forfeit and restart the quest to see if it would fix it. However, after forfeiting the quest, the jigsaw puzzle still remained in my etc inventory and could not be dropped. If i double click the puzzle, it only displays a blank box. I previously messaged "Matt" in game and tried dropping all the event items but to no avail.

EDIT: I forgot to report another bug that I raised with Matt in game. I was amidst doing Balloon Hunt PQ with a couple of friends and found that I could not be propelled by the springs when i jump on them to hit the balloon. This seems to be affecting all my characters & also came across another individual in my party who shared the same issue basically making it a 1 v 3 scenario.

 

Have you properly downloaded the update?

 

yeah.. I also uninstalled and reinstalled everything twice, same issue

 

UPDATE: I've Reinstalled Royals via VMware which solved the Balloon Pq issue. However, the Cassandra Jigsaw puzzle quest still remains bugged for me. As I mentioned before, I managed to drop all the related quest items except for the Jigsaw puzzle itself because it can't be dropped as shown in the screenshot, thus making me unable to restart the quest again.

Is there any way for a GM to remove the Quest item from my inventory?

 

Removed the quest item from Zhonk.

 

The item is unremovable even when i completed the quest, is that intended?
