I personally disagree with making Black PB tradeable. It makes more sense to have a rare tradeable chair and a rare untradeable chair. Otherwise, a rich person can simply buy all the good chairs and that kind of defeats the purpose of the money sink in the first place. Besides, it's far less exciting when you can simply trade to get all the chairs. I think it's good to have a balance of rare tradeable and untradeable chairs so that players that already have a lot of mesos/chairs will have something to look forward to when the gachapon comes around.

I have been sitting in channel 1 and counting the chairs given based on the SFX played upon gaching. My results so far are: 267:28:8:1 (Untradeable/Tradeable/Rare/Mudkip). Idk if there is a pattern, but for the most part, the ratio of untradeable to tradeable is 10:1. I will carry on my hard work of collecting data and trying to figure out something behind the gachapon system. You may see me around in game, IGN HontouNi I have an interesting thought that I'll leave here.. The gachapon might be set up in a way to give "X" amount of untradeables before giving out a tradeable, then once "Y" amount of tradeables are in the game, the gacha will produce a rare chair. The same thing applies for mudkip, once "Z" amount of rare chairs enter the game, a mudkip will be given out. This may explain why chairs given out in the tradeable category are entering the game more than rares and mudkips, with mudkips of course being the lowest amount. Of course this is just a theory, no one knows for sure what the coding is behind the gachapon but, seeing as this is a money sink to raise the value of mesos, we can only assume something like this COULD be a possibility. OR It could be completely % based and we will never figure out the chances of each category. Also the Rainy Fox Chair doesn't make a rare SFX, it plays a tradeable one. Pls fix
This list is not accurate anymore as it was only for Chair Gachapon round 3 that took place back in 2019. I don't know if somebody made one for 2022 yet.
