Moderate Event china (shanghai) doesn't drop wishtickets/red envelope's

    Was hunting cards for like 15min and noticed mobs in shanghai don't drop wishtickets and red envelope's.
    those weird event mobs spawn and they drop them but normal mobs don't.

    edit: Giant centipede in Western Prairie 1 does drop wishtickets but no envelope's
