Awaiting Feedback Client crashed after entering new 2nd password.

After i selected my character and then it asked me to create a new 2nd password but after i click the 'ok' button , the client crashed and closed automatically.

 

Does it happen every time for you?

 

Yeap i tried like 5 times also tried on my other account.

Nope, the issue you explained isn't an issue at all - it's intended.
If you're getting wrong PIC, means you entered your PIC wrongly.
I have been logging in and out the whole day without having to enter my PIN, and my PIC works fine when I entered it.
You'll have to wait till the control panel on the website to be fixed and you can reset your PIC.
