At worst case he gets a 7 day ban I think for first offense scamming if you catch him 4k scamming with all the evidence in the world. Very hard to get enough evidence via one scam incident for GMs to ban them.

I feel like scammers that actually get banned do stuff like shamelessly scam 20+ people so there’s a smega about him every hour calling him a scammer. Single isolated scammers are hard to ban
