To summarize what ppl said: he had enough time to leave the map because when players enter a map, there are 18 sec before they can loot anything from other players’ kill.

From the victim’s (my) perspective, 3 times in that 18 seconds I have told him to leave but he didn’t care about looting other people’s drop;
he said asking him to compensate for his bannable behavior/mistake is blackmailing and I don’t see him really want to change his behavior.

 

Just a friendly reminder tho , "4. First-time offenders may appeal for removal from the blacklist in good faith." there is nothing stopping him from appealing to be removed since it's his first and only recorded offense.

 

So, looking at it again, there's no map ownership command used, so the only evidence here is him apologizing for it instead of denying it happened. It doesn't look he meant anything bad by it, but sure, he could have done the right thing by giving you mesos for the head. Not knowing the server rules is not really an excuse either. If it was, a lot of vote abusers would get away with breaking the rule quite often ^^.

Personally... eh? Keep the report up and if he does it again to you or someone else and evidence is provided, then put him on the list, because at that point he should be more aware of it. My opinion on the matter.

Also important to notice that lootstealing warrants a 3 day ban if reported. Blacklist, unless appealed to be removed, is forever basically. Maybe a bit rough for a one time incident of a small item not worth all that much.

 

That’s why I asked about the criteria.

This report basically doesn’t have more info than mine (e.g. mapownership) (my bad, I see the mapowner line now) but it’s easily and quickly added. Your reason in the last paragraph is not valid as is pointed out by @Ruruchi the loot stealer can appeal for removal.

Reason: looting dinner sets without permission then running away to another ch to loot someone else's sets
Details: I was farming dinner sets for all my characters and when a random pig dropped 3 pieces of a set this dude entered my map, asked if there is spare food and looted it instantly when I moved my second char to loot it to complete my last set.
If I didn't reply him so obviously the answer is no.

I whispered him stating that he looted without my permission and that he has to give it back or I will blacklist him, when I saw that he constantly does it I used a smega right away and he replied after doing so "Smega it again".
I will also fill a report, as you can see in my picture I am the mapowner for over 20 minutes so he may NOT loot even a single snail shell if I didn't permit him to do so.

I'm not a person that likes dramas but when some1 behaves with such a total ignorance I will not tolerate it!

Unlucky day, farmed 10 HH to get a Jack O'Lantern for my new character. Finally got one and was handling TP stuff (needed to get a VIP rock in fm).
Meanwhile I saw a dude came to the same map, and I told him:
"cc plz"
"cc"
and "don't"

Still he walked to the right side of the map and looted the HH head.

Killing the HH was fast (but finding one is kinda annoying) and I didn't do mapowner stuff, so this won't be accepted in Report Abuse. Hence here we are.

In the conversation, he kinda comfirms that he loots the Jack O'Lantern, and refuses to pay 10m.

I deem 10m a reasonable price because I saw people selling HH head at 15m, 10m or 8m, and also need to cover the VIP rock. The maps (and another 2 maps) are all cleared so the rock is pretty much wasted.

The examples aren't wrong, they were added. It was more about the attitude though. BeansBucc apologized, so the only reason to consider adding him would be because he offered to pay for the VIP rock, but not the head which he took even after being told to cc a couple times.
But, is it really worth putting them on the list, which they will remain on until appealed, if they ever appeal it at all, over a 5m dispute they at least had the decency to apologize for? I think it's a grey area. One of those cases of, let's add them if they do it again, otherwise let's leave it here as a warning and that's it.

But fine, I guess. Personally a bit split on it, but it's not just up to me. Feel free to share opinions, if you have any. Added for now.

Went ahead with your report too. Added it as a suspected price fix scam. If he/they see this, they are welcome to explain what happened from their point of view.

 

Just showed up in my ulu2 map, started looting without saying anything, saw me, continued to loot, would not go away, dropped his fame, he kept hitting.

I don't know why it's not letting me upload forums.

you should report such actions to gms as well, its a bannable offence and I dont think the blacklist would be too effective against it.

 

Due to the user unable to post screenshots, I came to ulu 2 myself to help him out.

I can confirm he was actively looting everything and demanding a fame back.

I took some screenshots which weren't clear, so i took the extra step and just recorded him.

Disclaimer - I do not know dmoonBish but he was complaining for a while about this guy so i decided to just help him with the blacklist submission.

not true, first I am a new player for this game, and this is my first time came to this map for exploring,

then I saw items on the ground and yes I loot, then I stop looting cause someone is yelling, then I back to the top and trying to say hi, then I got 4x times defamed by him and his mules, you know, I can give it back what I had loot, I just want my fame back cause I can't wear my equip anymore which that REQ 20 fame,

and he seems give a shit about that, hateful person

you broke the rules, its not ok to loot in someone else map, not even if he defamed you.
you acted rude so you got defamed, you deserved it (and also a ban)

Also, how can he defame you 4 times while he had over 35 minutes of mapowner?
To defame you, he need to login to the said mules, get them to ulu2, defame you, then log off.
He was alone in there, and to be honest you kinda deserved the defames.
I told you it was reportable and you can't do that with him having mapowner and you said you don't care and tried to blackmail fames from him.
It's all on a video, what are you trying to do here? You can't say you didn't know it's breaking the rules because I said it right to your face.
And by the way - I'm not one of his mules, but I did defame you for this childish and disrespectful behavior towards a player in the community that did nothing wrong to you.
