Yes you are correct, with the same logic, you do not know Livvi or me, so you have no reason to believe her. My post are from my perspective; but also trying to be fair to everyone.
It is unfortunate that, the game is like that;but screenshots (with necessary context) is important, with how transactional the game can be at times.

But as you can see from Livvi's latest post, she is willing to reimburse. I know you are 3rd party, so that doesn't really affect you; but I thought it's worth it to say.

 

Alfa, I admire the way you care for your guildie Livvi to go to such lengths to stand up for her, and although I am not a guild master, I still care for my fellow guildie Kimyunsoo too.

After speaking with him it seems the issue he had with Livvi was initially because of the NX, but now it's because of how unapologetic she is.

She said so herself, "but yes ultimately the picking up of the 1000NX card as an accident.", & yet she still refuses to apologize for the "accident".

I don't know about you, but if I was trying to help a fellow mushroom game player with finishing a quest & they take the NX (no matter the amount or whatever other reward V2 gives) it would feel like a giant middle finger to my good intentions.

Anyway, Kimyunsoo no longer has interest in this matter so I think we can all wrap it up now

 

& yes, i understand Livvi thought she was recruited as an attacker, but at the end of the day she still picked up the NX by "accident" and that's the part she should have apologized for.

I see you care for your guildie and friend, just as I do for mine.
I get where Kimyunsoo is coming from; though I think it's important to step back and take Livvi's perspective into consideration.
She did not initially apologize because she did not know what she had done. She gets removed from party after Nibergen/before Dunas v2; so she moves on, since no words were said.
The next day her guild master (me) mentions this forum. So it must have felt like an attack, and its hard to apologize after that; I believe if this had all been handled in game or in a private message somewhere, she would have been more open to apologies.

With that being said, yes we can and should wrap it up.
I do not see her apologizing anytime soon, but she did say she is willing to reimburse.
It may not be a friendly resolution; but it is a resolution nonetheless.
If she is not online/available then I am more than happy to pay the reimbursement whatever it may be, and more than happy to talk to you more. IGN: AlfaHero352.

Honestly, whether you leave it or not doesn't matter to me. The idea is for the person reporting it to understand that I don't care about their report. I continue to do APQ without any problems with other people. The current generation of crystals should learn not to be offended by things that have nothing to do with them. I was speaking to the Russian, not to them.

 

Honestly, I have no intention of making the person who filed the report understand anything.

No matter how many explanations I give, people understand what they want to understand, even if reason hits them in the face.

If you have access to the chat I had with the Russian, you can see that the phrase "I will rape your sister and make you watch" is something he was asking for through translation into Spanish, not that the action was going to be carried out.

And it's worth clarifying that the drama is caused by the person reporting, not those involved. If my intention was to cause drama, I myself would have filed the report accusing the reporter and his partner of leaving us in a bad mood for words that weren't meant for them.

So, you could say I'm enjoying the drama.

To do this, the offense would have to be directed at someone specific, and afterward, the person being insulted would have to explicitly ask me to stop harassing them.

If I ignore that person's request to stop harassing them, then the person being harassed would have to take a photo and upload it to the forum. But in this case, I only translated a phrase I didn't say from English to Spanish; I only helped translate it.

So no, they couldn't ban me for something I didn't say and that wasn't directed at anyone in particular. I only helped translate it, which would help raise awareness for someone who asked me for help. :3

Well, then it wouldn't be a "very smart move" not to report that incident. Now I understand that if you're a Crystal user, you have more advantages. I'll keep that in mind if it happens again and report it immediately.

Reason: Blatant Lootstealing
Details: Guy came into my map when I was killing Manon ~20% left. You can see the convo in the 1st screenshot. I'd mistakenly believed he only wanted to stay for the mapkill "need for ht".
As soon as I'd finished the boss, he unexpectedly looted all drops and left (couldn't see drops as it happened too quickly and dropped in the corner).
Then he sent a snarky whisper before I confronted him in smega (same screenshot). No remorse from him and continued to be a smartass.

I couldn't ~mapowner in time as I was honestly shocked; everyone else I've seen wouldonly stay for the kill. Someone even accidentally looted once with his pet after my kill but I was fine with it as he apologised.

Annoying as heck and seems in future I have to be that guy:
- "cc pls" as soon as someone portals in
- ~mapowner
- video record everyone

Lastly, to be clear that was the 1st manon I'd found after surfing 10 channels and I couldn't type more to him without compromising dps and getting dispelled/stunned.
