Community Blacklist

Sorry, I havent noticed. I have been busy the past few days, so have not had time for this. You had an opportunity to contact me a few days ago man, I was online on my Bishop for a few hours a few days ago.
I need 4 IGN's of the 4 people who were scammed. Please write me their IGNs if you have them? Or please give me yours + the other guy who was with you on that day we met for the leech.
Sorry, been a few busy days for me lately, but I promise you will get your refund. However, you must understand I'm not going online just for that purpose and we're not in the same timezone.
Also, I'd like to refund all 4 people, not just 1. If I refund you and the other 3 dont get a refund, they will start complaining about why I refunded you and didnt refund them.
But, everyone will receive the refund.
By the way, does the Duey delivery thing work? Or something. A way I can send mesos to offline players through packages and such.

Edit - I have an idea. Put up a store in FM and I'll purchase an item for the same price as the refund you deserve.

 

I don't think that its my duty to keep track of when you are/are not online as I believe in this situation I am the victim, and as YOU mentioned within your own comments within this thread that you would like to compensate the people involved. I was merely stating the fact that you could reference my comment within the thread which actually contains the IGN's of my characters which were supposed to get leech from you, and I have seen 0 effort from you to buddy me/look for me.

About your 'start complaining about why I refunded you and didn't refund them', you mentioned in your own post 'Even if I find just 1 or 2 that would be better than finding 0 of them.'. So please do not make it my problem that you, the supposed leech seller scoots off with our hard earned mesos and in turn expect me to solve your problems.

Also, from my understanding duey does not work. I have placed a summoning rock at my shop @ 1-3 @70m which you have scammed me off for MB1 leech before running off to scam a FTP leech iirc. Hope to see my refund soon.

I would recommend changing store location and DMing him the new spot in-case someone else reads this and decide to try and get that money instead of you, cause people....

 

First of all, I'd like to admit I'm still frustrated by the fact you decided to report instead of waiting for me to possibly refund before I was banned. The fact I had to be banned for 14 days is unfair, even though I admit I probably deserved this punishment. But, we're not getting into that right now.
Basically, you're thinking in the wrong direction about this, and I think there's some misunderstanding, so let me make a few things clear first of all.
Let's begin with, I am not accusing you of doing something wrong about the refund or the compensation I offer. I didnt mean its your duty to look for me, I meant you should atleast try to do so if you can and its not a big deal to you. If its such a hassle and you're exhausted from that, you dont have to. It was just a simple request. I didnt say its your duty. I was just trying to say, it wasnt easy to find you online and I havent found you online, whether its because of timezone issues or something else, so thats why I asked if you can also look for me. Thats all. I dont understand why you're making a big deal out of it, and making it sound as if it was a demand. It was just a simple request, and even if you cant do it, I will find you myself eventually. It just would take longer, so you cant complain the refund is taking too long to arrive if you arent trying to find me too.

With that being said, I also would like to say, you need to appreciate the basic fact first, and that is, that I am willing to even refund and provide a compensation as well. Another player, who was banned for 14 days and feels it was unfair(which, honestly, is legitimate to feel its unfair even if you disagree with that), wouldnt ever think about refunding the players that reported him and even offering any kind of compensation beyond a refund. You need to appreciate that, much more than you do now. I havent ever heard you saying even "thank you for willing to refund/compensate". Instead, you come to me with accusations, complaints, etc. Dude, I'm doing this out of kindness. Relax. No one from Staff have told me I have to refund / compensate after I'm unbanned. I decided to do it out of kindness.

To conclude things up, you will get the refund the moment I can find you. If you want to make it happen faster, then do what I say and help me with what I ask to do it faster. If not, it will take longer.
I will purchase the item if I can find the store there which you put it up.

scammers are the exception to leechers in this server and i hope you will have a better experience in the future

You keep saying how you worked so hard to find the buyers but you did not manage to, I followed the post on community blacklist and found it in 4 seconds and sent it to you which makes me believe this part to be a lie:

at this point your responses are emberassing yourself and lowering your reputation SO MUCH. you really need to think about what youre typing HE sshould be GRATEFUL for you returning the money you STOLE from him?
you had a week from when you scammed him to when you got banned. you keep trying to throw the blame at others on the one hand, dodging responsibility, and on the other hand complaining youre still on the blacklist as a leech scammer , which by all means, you are. you did not learn your lesson from the ban, it is very obvious that much, and your resonses are not only lowering the reputation of leechers in the server, but of israelis as well.
take the fault, stop dodging responsibility. whether you pay him back or not is not the matter at this point, your attitude is.

yup , after reading all of his comments I can clearly tell that the only thing bothering him is his name listed on the blacklist , and I am pretty sure that if his name wasn't flagged here he wouldn't care about the people he scammed opinions' , obviously wouldn't refund too

But, in Hebrew as they say:
לגנבים ורמאים אין תקווה
and all that. Or, in English, "no hope for thiefs and cheaters", or something.
But I admit there are relatively alot of Israeli's who scam and cheat, but I fail to understand how our country matters in this case
