Can we name people who aren't necessary 'scammers' just terrible leechers? For example; iv had leechers who don't HS you for like 10min and have had leechers who go afk to talk to friends but don't stop the timer therefore wasting your leech time. I got some names and wonder if that's okay to warn the community about? Also half of the names currently on the list DONT do those leeches. I messaged a few the other day about the Petri leech since they stated they CAN do it, but in game they said they cant do that leech, so im a bit confused as to why they are there for that particular leech, but say otherwise in game.
They probably haven't updated me about what leeches they do. Until they do so, I can't actually confirm if they do that leech or not so I just leave it. As to bad leechers, I would definitely leave comments here and on the community blacklist (if they're going afk), but without hard evidence I will probably only add them to a list if I get multiple reports on them.

Sadly I didn't take any SS, it didn't cross my mind haha, but the guys name is 'TwMEVIUSs'. He wouldn't HS me for starters, I had to constantly remind him to HS because he went sometime without HSing me which cost me a lot of EXP (he would go 5-10min if I didn't remind him). He then died 3 times and took his time to get back so I asked for time to be stopped and he refused. He then went AFK every now and then to talk to friends/guildies, again not pausing time. He cost me atleast 2 levels which I could of gained from a better leecher.
