It would be nice to have some minor QoL changes. I do think if they speed up mounting/dismounting it would make things more smooth or a mini dash for when your on boat so you can reposition?(idk if they can make up spells haha) However, I feel like there isn't a guide to correctly boss with a sair. I think with that it can definitely improve peoples perspectives. Today, I learned that you can use torpedo ht at the right arm ledge. Also, how you can use the mobs in zak to avoid 1/1 and skill lock.
Rework battleship into a cooldown with 50% uptime, so sairs have the strong phase weak phase identity. Give battleship a buff where all damage done is increased by x% to compensate. That % number should be balanced in a way that the dps done by current battleship cannon where your ship doesnt break ie a patchwerk (krex) fight where you hold down battleship cannon and maintain buffs. That way, current krex dps can be maintained across all bosses and not just krex and sairs become a more popular class. Big bang era dual blades had this system with final cut
Just giving my own opinions here after having Sair since 2016 and have 2 Sairs -No any dmg boost is needed for sair currently as rapid fire does really good dps too when ship is on CD -Will the QoL improvement ruins the macro combo of using (Oct>Gavio>Ship) ? (Which results in rather remount ship faster without using this combo) -If no ,a QoL improvement on ship is great it’s annoying that it takes 1sec to get off from ship before repositioning yourself at bosses. Repositioning while on ship can causes you take more dmg from bosses and also it’s not easy to repositioning when you’re on ship ,Jump repositioning on ship isn’t a good option to repositioning at right platform since you are required to press > arrow which mean we are not able to cannon and jump to move ourself to the right side (If you can’t reaction within the invisible period you will probably knocked off from the platform at HT head C and Zak Top right platform). -A boost of 1k hp more to ship from Skill Level or 500hp boost from lvling would be great too For me i prefer the 500hp boost from levelling, it wouldn’t make a Sair overpowered at earlier level and for lv200 its just 40k hp boost which let you able to be hit by HT for 4 to 6 times more. This is also a fair idea which doesn’t affect much for earlier level bosses but could let Sair to sustain their ship a little longer for end games bosses if they fail on remounting. For Krexel I believe most of the Sair can have their ship up for the entire run at lv150 or after, let’s say the 500hp boost from levelling at 140 you have only 10k more hp than current version of ship which will not make a Sair overpowered at earlier level but just a little buff to Sair’s ship at late level. Please do correct me if there is something wrong.
What corsairs really need is their avoidability formula to be changed from 1 dex = 0.125 avoid to 1 dex = 0.25 avoid.
