I got 3rd Job Burst Fire - 20 Octopus - 30 Gaviota - 15 Flamethrower - 30 Ice Spitter - 26 Homing Beacon - 30 4th Job Elemental Boost - 29 Bullseye - 20 Wrath of the Octopi - 20 Maple Warrior - 19 (You don't need 20) Aerial Strike - 30 Rapid Fire - 30 Battleship - 10 Battleship Cannon - 30 Battleship Torpedo - 30 Hero's Will - 5 Hypnotize 20 No Olaf yet, but that will go into Hero's Will 10. I can take out 20 from hypnotize and split into Gaviota +15, Ice spitter +4, Elemental Boost +1. That is basically MAXED for every skill with 0 in Hypnotize. But you can leave 1 point into hypnotize for the de-aggro effect.
I just realized I have 6 points doing nothing in a 2nd job skill for some unknown reason... thanks for posting yours, this helps me out. Looks like my question comes down to me being a fool.
