    Could not complete the quest as Richard's letter was missing from my inventory (No, I'm very sure I did not drop it).
    Tried to forfeit the quest so that I can redo it, but only managed to forfeit the 2nd part of the quest and unable to forfeit the 1st part of the quest.

    Please assist with this bug.
