Could not complete the quest as Richard's letter was missing from my inventory (No, I'm very sure I did not drop it). Tried to forfeit the quest so that I can redo it, but only managed to forfeit the 2nd part of the quest and unable to forfeit the 1st part of the quest. Please assist with this bug. Thank you!
As of Update #91, "Cupid's Courier" now allows you to reobtain Richard's Letter at NPC Richard if lost. https://royals.ms/forum/threads/update-91-02-04-24.231159/ Please confirm if the quest is still stuck after this
