Curse Eyes not dropping quest item

Hi,
I'm working towards my quest specialist medal. I'm doing this quest at the moment: https://bbb.hidden-street.net/quest/victoria-island/building-a-new-house-for-blackbull
but I just spent ~30 min hunting cursed eyes in Sleepywood and they didn't drop "Blackbull's" deed to the land. Have anyone completed this quest recently? Not sure if im just very unlucky with the drop or it's bugged. Thank you and by the way is there any bugged quest list on the forum?

 

It takes a long time to get it. I killed around 10k curse eyes before finding one on my beginner. Took me days. You'd be better off skipping that one.

 

Thank you I'll probably leave that one for later then just didn't want to spend 5h hunting for it only to find out that is bugged

 

i think the droprate used to be much higher, some players out there should still have stacks of deeds. I might be mistaken though <_<

 

I tried the owl in FM a week ago and nothing
I might to try smega tho.
