Is Joko's Exchange quest where you trade in i.e. 50 Stormbreaker badges for a certain reward, bugged? Because I'm trying to exchange them with Joko but he doesn't show any option of exchange, except for a boring story that ends quickly and that doesn't have anything to proceed with. I've read multiple forum posts from years ago where this was seemingly bugged and fixed on numerous occasions, but has it now been removed completely, or? Thanks in advance. Not sure how to remove this post, but I guess it's due to 1 certain pre-quest that I haven't done yet. Will check tonight to be sure.
