Hello, I'm hoping someone smarter than me can potentially provide a resolution to the issues that I'm having. Every time I attempt to change channels or enter Cash Shop, I disconnect from the game. The screen goes black for about 5 seconds and pushes me back to the login screen. The error message shows: "Enable to log on to the game server. Please try again later" Things that I've already tried but did not fix the issue: -Yes, I performed a complete uninstall (even through the registry via Powershell) and performed a clean reinstallation of the latest version (Feb 13, 2021). -Yes, I restarted my PC and router. -Yes, my Windows updates are up to date. -Yes, my Windows Defender is completely turned off. -I've even changed the compatibility settings (Win 7-->XP) which helped for about an hour but the issues came back. Any ideas on how to fix this issue? Recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
