Not Bug didn't receive the activation email.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Currently, my account is not receiving the login email. After entering the wrong PIN several times, my account was locked. I posted a request in the Account Recovery section but received no support, possibly because I didn't know how to do it. I would appreciate any guidance.

    - the email will only be sent out if you entered it correctly
    - you have to reset your password + PIC + PIN via Control Panel to lift the block
    - Support Recovery is not immediate as there are many returning players for the Anniversary event, you have to be patient for a response

    Tôi đã làm theo các bước này nhiều lần nhưng vẫn chưa nhận được email kích hoạt. Tôi xác nhận rằng địa chỉ email tôi cung cấp hoàn toàn trùng khớp. Tôi cần truy cập vào trò chơi gấp để tham gia sự kiện đang diễn ra. Vui lòng giúp tôi sớm.
