   Problem: didnt get deputy silver star
   Details:
   Hey I just finished handing over 30 lucky charms, 30 soiled ruggs, 1 lantern and 1 bigfoot toe
   but I didnt receive the deputy star
   also dont have the quest bounty master available
   this is my second time doing the quest (already have 1 deputy star )
