An user said that my mac address from the computer might have been banned so I ask you here on the Forums - please unban it. I want to play this game and I don't think I did something wrong in the past. I am a friendly player and I just want to enjoy the game.
Your accounts aren't banned, and the IP you're connecting from isn't either! I've opened a PM with you for you to tell me your MAC Address so I can check that out as well.
Your MAC Address isn't banned as well! This sounds like a Technical Help issue. Normally we ask players to see if they can connect from another source: like phone hotspot, or a VPN. I wish I could be more help. I would just Google around and see if other people reported the same issue with any solutions, or ask in Discord!
I will try to connect with a VPN then. However I tried asking in Discord and looked in the internet but I couldn't find any help. Let's hope the VPN will do the job then.
