disconnect once i enter my character pin.

hello i need technical support, my client keeps crashing after i enter the character pin.
it says you have been disconnected from the login server please try again later.
this started happening after my ISP assigned me a new public ip address that was banned from before.
called them and they gave me a new one. but now that i try to log into my account it disconnects me. this happens when i try to log into my dk ign dontpullout

 

i also verified that i dont have any vpn on and i reset my entire computer. put new game files and redownloaded the entire client pls help.

 

Do you have any installed, even if turned off/disabled? Some VPNs (like Nord) will still replace your MAC address when turned off.

 

nope not a single trace of vpn is downloaded on my computer :c

 

Please double check with windows settings > Network and Internet > Change adapter options to see if there's any network adapters that could be giving you a bad mac address. If there isn't anything, then you'll have to submit a ban appeal to make sure you're not banned.

 

the crazy thing is i already posted a ban appeal and foxy said tht my account is ok T-T so this troubleshooting is a difficult one
